Beakonshaw is committed to building responsibly and investing in the future. We have a few principals that are non-negotiables and sit at the core of our thinking. We design our houses to be energy efficient and to constantly improve that measure. Sustainable features are throughout our homes, from high quality insulated walls, windows and roofs to energy efficient appliances, heating systems and water saving devices. Our new build houses have a far smaller carbon footprint than equivalent second-hand homes, which not only means lower energy bills but it is better for the environment.
